Personalisation

We personalise each ornament exactly how you write it, so please ensure spellings are as you want them to be.

Each design has space for names, generally on the hats etc.
You may also choose 1 of the following for the base of each ornament where applicable – Year, Family Surname or Merry Christmas.

Please note: Messages with many words are NOT offered as personalisation as too many words can spoil the look of the personalisation.

Some designs only allow small space for names so please note we may ask you to shorten a name or use a nickname for exceptionally long names. Generally, names with up to 8 characters will fit nicely.

Personalisation is hand-written, though we aim for the text to be the same we cannot guarantee every ornament will look the same.
